The company “AMS-admin” is a fast growing Information Technology (IT) support company.  The main services among the wide specter of solutions that we provide are IT- outsourcing (subscription support of computers, computer networks and equipment in originations) and special projects related to server maintenance, to name a few.  The Company operates in B2B service segment (small and medium sized companies).  Our reach extends through Moscow and its metropolitan area.

The Company was founded in 2004, when the leadership of the Company realized that there was a high deficit of quality IT-service providers that cater to small and medium companies.

It is our vision that even a smaller company with a modest budget should have an opportunity to obtain professional IT-service.

The objective that we set for ourselves is achieved  by staffing our team with well compensated IT-specialists, our managers following a thought through business model, which allows for the most efficient use of our human capital.

The Company was formed by alumni of the Moscow Power Engineering Institute  (Technical University).  From the day of formation until today we are located on the University premises, that is why many of our specialists are the University alumni, who were trained in the specialized areas of computers, computer systems and networks, radio engineering.  We also have close relationship with alumni of  Moscow Technical University of Communications and Informatics, which is located nearby.

During our existence as a firm, we were able to accumulate extensive knowledge and experience in the field of IT outsourcing and we earned a reputation of a reliable business partner.

What makes us special and different from other service companies?

1)    First of all, we make emphasis on the highest level of professionalism of our staff and at the same time we value responsibility and accountability.  We believe that a demanding hiring process combined with positive working environment for our staff are the two cornerstones of our model for high customer service.  In our opinion a service professional should be tactful and pleasant in communication in addition to being an expert in his field.

2)    We are a part of “Science Park” project of the  Moscow Power Engineering Institute (Technical University), the Company leadership and majority of our staff are the University alumni, which spells highest level of technical expertise for every member of our team.

3)    Historically, many our clients are subsidiaries of foreign based companies, that is why we have experience in interacting with companies’ main IT departments located abroad, where English is the common language of communication.

4)    We are not involved in “emergency computer solutions”.  This services has questionable  reputation, related to high levels of usage of pirated software and low quality services.  We only work in business-to-business model (B2B).

5)    We do not tolerate a practice of purchase transaction bribes (aka “otkat”)
