“AMS-Systems” was selected in June, 2008 to deliver outsourcing services for the Russian branch of ITW (USA). During the start-up period of ITW Russia office the employees of “AMS-Systems” set up local IT infrastructure from the ground up and adjusted it to the IT policies and guidelines of ITW. This included the setting up of two servers and VPN connection to wide-area network in collaboration with the IT specialist of ITW-Belgium during his special visit to Moscow.

“AMS-Systems” is a first-level contact for ITW employees in Russia.  The company’s duties include personal computers setup, purchase and setup of the locally purchased software, network problems resolution, user problems troubleshooting, IT problems solving in collaboration with the IT Department of ITW (second-level contact for ITW Russia employees).

Employees of "AMS-Systems" helped us with setting up the new infrastructure, and adjust the already existing one to the corporate standards. Later on, "AMS-Systems" became first-level contact for the Russian Lincoln Electric employees, while second-level calls were passed to Lincoln Electric's Europe ICT organization.
The "AMS-Systems" duties include, but are not limited to, personal computers setup, group standard software setup, purchases and setup of locally purchased software, local maintenance contracts management, network problems resolution, user problems troubleshooting, escalation of second-level problems to LEE ICT.
